SOLD: 60s vintage Starlight Room green satin slingback shoes

Sumptuous 60s Starlight Room green satin slingbacks (more like the emerald green in this scarf rather than the turquoise shade they appear in the images – sorry we can’t seem to capture it!) with 1¾” heels and cute front bows on the rounded toes. Labelled size UK6.5B but come up a size smaller (5/5.5) in a fairly narrow fitting.
Very Jackie Kennedy! Some minor blemishes on the satin covered heels which are only noticeable on close inspection, otherwise in excellent vintage condition and ready to take to the dance floor!
Sizing
Customers are asked to bear in mind that vintage garment sizes bear little or no resemblance to contemporary sizes. Furthermore, current high street size labels are inconsistent, with M&S and Wallis being noted for their generous proportions while others come up on the small side.
Please always refer to the measurements provided in the item description rather than the garment label size, and note that any ‘best fit’ suggestion we make will be based on modern day sizing. By way of example, our own suggested standard size 12 dress has an underarm to underarm measurement of approximately 19" with a waist size of 30".
