This skirt and top are not strictly a ‘set’ but capture an early 80s black and gold new romantic look. The sheer black blouse has a gold edged double frill collar and gold edged elasticated cuffs, fastening with a button/loop at the neck. The black and gold print skirt features a flounced hem and has a fixed waistband and back zip.
