Fab 80s ‘new romantic’ two piece from Simon Ellis in a monochrome print, comprising a ruffle neck top and flouncy skirt. The unlined top has elbow length sleeves, padded shoulders and double ruffle around the neckline which has bead and tassel trimmed ties at the front and matching ties through the drawstring hem. The fully lined skirt has an elasticated waist and contrast frilled hemline.
