Stunning black tutu style party dress with lots of flounce and sparkle. It features a boned bodice adorned with black sequins and cap sleeves trimmed with lace. The tutu style skirt consists of overlapping layers of fine mesh nylon net trimmed with lace and supported by a stiffened net underskirt. Fully lined with a back zip. We love it (just too small for us!)
