I wanted to email you to say your customer service is amazing, I stumbled upon your website by chance yesterday and ordered 3 Christmas presents and they were just what I was after. My friend LOVES vintage things and is a big fan of an ugly Christmas jumper. I placed my order at around 2pm yesterday and my things have arrived just now!! What a service. I shall be telling everyone I know about you and I will be liking you on Facebook and twitter (but after Christmas so my friend does not catch on as I want it to be a surprise) . I wish I could buy more things and I had started to look for myself but stopped and thought get Christmas out of the way first. I work as a customer service coordinator so customer service is important to me and often people only write to complain rather than praise. So please take this praise you deserve it!!  ~ Lisa 

I wanted to let you know I am thrilled with the clothes, shoes and bag. The tea dress is a perfect fit and I'm wearing it to a wedding this weekend. The shoes and bag are great with it and also a perfect fit/match. The black dress is a little large, however I am having it taken in as it is gorgeous and a classic that I shall use time and again. ~ Helen

The lovely russet coatigan arrived yesterday and is lovely.  So warm and cosy and beautiful colours.  The fit is fine so I must be extra extra large!  It's our Christmas do at an Italian restaurant in town on Friday and I can't wait to show it off there.  Thank you so much for getting it to me so quickly.  Your packaging is always so nicely done.  I notice on your site that you've got a lovely blue cardigan by the same Norwegian firm but think I better be sensible and concentrate on Christmas and other people! ~ Janie

 If I had one suggestion for your website, it would be to have the option to view the clothes from Newest to Oldest - or, on your latest additions section, to have a button so that we can view all the latest additions! I like to check back and find all the latest additions, but these options would make it alot easier to do! ~ Claire

I received the coat that I ordered last week.I'm absolutely delighted with it. Its a real piece of quality tailoring and it is in such good condition too!It's a wee bit darker than the photographs but that is not a criticism, I like the colour and it fits like a glove. Thanks for the jacket and for the service. The jackest is lovely but more a 36 than a 38 so no matter how hard I try to shrink myself it isn't going to fit .
