Holiday snaps and new arrivals
Apologies for the lack of Frockery Talkery, but we have been in catch-up mode since the chief frocker's short break and it has been very busy here. We are feeling the Google love at the moment and our website traffic has increased significantly, bringing lots of lovely new customers with it. Thank you all!
Despite the rain - some of it of the distinctly stair rod variety - our whistle-stop trip to Yorkshire and Liverpool was a wonderful opportunity to escape the frock face for a few days and catch up with friends and family. Our first tango in Halifax was everything we could have hoped for, and the weather didn't dampen the enthusiasm of a sizeable gathering of old friends from across the UK. The fog (and swell) on the Mersey meant we didn't catch the ferry, but it was a delight to see the redevelopment of Liverpool since our last visit to the city. Many of the modern buildings are dramatic in appearance and in stark contrast to the iconic Liver building and parts of the sympathetically re-developed harbour area, but it all melds together beautifully and the city's musical history is celebrated everywhere.
The highlight of the trip had to be meeting three week old baby Lilly, the latest addition to the frockers' family, who is just beautiful! And talking of new arrivals, we have lots of lovely new stock which will be appearing soon on the website. We thought we'd post a sneak preview of some of our favourites and once they are added to the catalogue, we'll add the links to the product pages.
View across the valley from our Yorkshire hosts' land - not a frock in sight!
