Frocking and Dollyfrocking

We had a lovely time at the St Andrews Vintage Fair last weekend, which was also the first official outing for Dollyfrockers, our exciting new collaborative venture with SC MakeUp Artistry and Gillian Gamble Illustration & Photography.

Since pictures speak louder than words, we thought you'd like to see how Gill Gamble captured the transformation of our student models, Siobhan Dooley and Hannah Wood, into boho princess and 50s prom queen. Hair and make up were by Sandra Cormack and Anna Pillans, with clothes from The Frockery collection.

Siobhan opted for a bohemian look in this turquoise halter neck dress which is currently available on our website. Stunning hair and make up by Sandra and Anna complemented the look perfectly.

Meanwhile Hannah could have graced a 50s front cover of Vogue in this original blue and pink flocked dress with shawl collar and full skirt (from our personal collection), which was shown off to perfection with the upswept hairstyle, complete with flowers from Twigs & Twine and glamorous 50s make up.
