Frockery EcoFasion Challenge 2013: winners announced!

Thank you to everyone who entered The Frockery's third annual eco-fashion challenge, which ran throughout February 2013 on our Facebook group and using the #frockerychallenge Twitter hashtag.

The challenge began in 2011 as a fun way of helping to banish the winter blues during the depressingly cold, cash-strapped month of February, and we offered some Frockery vouchers as an incentive to showcase favourite vintage, retro, second hand and handmade outfits.

Once again this year it was a challenge in itself for our independent judges to pick an outright winner and runner-up as so many stylish outfits (and the stories behind them) were submitted by our eco-chic fashionistas.

Here, finally, are the results:

This year's winner is Jeanette Archer, who will receive £100 of frockery from our catalogue. Pictured below is Jeanette wearing one of the many stylish outfits she shared with us during the challenge.

Congratulations, ladies, and a big thank you to all participants for being such a fabulous bunch of eco-frockers! We hope you'll join us again next year.

We have decided to keep our Facebook group going in addition to our business page (do please 'like' us if you haven't already!) so that members can post their eco-fashion tips, bargain buys,  vintage adventures and news. We may also use it to run exclusive events, competitions and offers during the year.  It is a 'closed' group, which means that the posts and images are not viewable by the public as not everyone is comfortable with that, but anyone can request to join. It is small, but beautiful - just the way we like it!
